Nutrition Education (45 minutes) Each week, students are introduced to a nutrition topic and engage in activities, like setting nutrition goals, that reinforce the lesson.
Cooking Lab Component (20 minutes) Students will watch and follow the recorded cooking lab to prepare a main dish inspired by a different culture each week. They will also receive the ingredients to replicate the meal at home.
