Mindfulness (10 minutes) Students will practice mindfulness exercises through guided meditation, stretching, reflection, and a positive affirmation. The purpose of these Mindfulness Exercises is to give students an opportunity to de-stress, clear their minds, and reflect on their days.
Each week, the reflection talks about one of the five core competencies of CASEL’s model for systemic Social and Emotional Learning (SEL).
